Recently I started to struggle with bloating and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. I'm a pretty healthy person but I didn't realize just how much a good probiotic makes a world of difference on how I feel day to day... it's great to wear anything I want and feel good in it without dreading that feeling of being bloated. I didn't feel anything compared to other probiotics I have taken in the past. We take Zuma Multi-Strain Probiotic Complex and I feel something is working. With Nstinct I wanted to feel something and never did.
