Purchase Options & Subscription Policy

You may purchase any NSTINCT product in any one of the following ways:

· One-Time Purchase: Purchase any NSTINCT product as a single order with no ongoing commitment.

· 30-Day Subscription: Receive a 30-day supply automatically every 30 days at the subscription price displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.

· 90-Day Subscription: Receive a 90-day supply automatically every 3 months at the subscription price displayed at checkout, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges. Your subscription renews automatically until canceled.

Recurring Billing Authorization

By enrolling in a subscription plan, you authorize NSTINCT to automatically charge your designated payment method for recurring deliveries at the applicable subscription price, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges, until you cancel.

How Renewals Work

· Subscription orders renew automatically at the frequency selected during checkout.

· Renewal orders are automatically created at the end of each billing cycle.

· You will receive an email reminder approximately 5 days before each renewal order is created.

· Your payment method will be charged when the renewal order is created.

Managing Your Subscription

You may update, modify, pause or cancel your subscription at any time before the next renewal order is created. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please make changes at least 48 hours before your next renewal processing date.

Cancellation will prevent future renewal orders but will not entitle you to a refund of any renewal order that has already been processed or shipped.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

NSTINCT offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible first-time purchases, including one-time purchases and the first shipment of a subscription plan. Renewal shipments are not eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee. Additional eligibility requirements, limitations, and exclusions apply. Additional Terms

NSTINCT may change subscription pricing upon advance notice and reserves the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions in cases of fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or misuse of subscription promotions. For complete subscription terms, please see our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
